ADJUST YOUR PERSONAL NARRATIVE TO THE CHANGE AHEAD
We all tend to overreact when changes or crises happen and that doe not help to make the right decisions. Learn to think outside of your reptilian frame of mind and build a healthier and more empowering perspective for your future.
CLEARLY MAP OUT THE NEW REALITY TAKING SHAPE
Quickly identify the winners and losers of the new reality taking shape and see where you and the people in your community fall between these categories. An insight like this can really make a difference.
ADAPT AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CHANGES TAKING PLACE
Take inspired action and take advantage of the opportunities that actually come with the territory. Rather than fall behind and feel overwhelmed by what’s going on, instead ride the wave like a confident surfer.
LEAD THE CHANGE IN A POSITIVE DIRECTION IN YOUR ORGANISATION AND COMMUNITY
Become the beacon of hope the people in your community need in order to prevail and improve their situation. The new reality might feel unfair or unjust, but that does not mean your leadership is valuable and vital in such moments.
Are you having a hard time adapting to change? Would you like to inspire your team to respond constructively to a moment of total disruption? Would you like to keep people focused and together during times of crisis? If so, you’ve come to the right place. Change and crisis management are messy processes and that’s because they tend to bring out our insecurities, our limitations and blind spots.
This is where Storytelling comes in. With the help of Storytelling you can not only help yourself adapt quicker to moments of change and crisis, it will help you become a voice of reason and a beacon of hope for those around you.

Hi! My name is Alex Glod and I will be your instructor for this course.
I am Senior Trainer, Storyteller, 3-times TEDx Speaker and successful online instructor. For the past 8 years I have trained and educated thousands of people across Europe and Asia on the Art of Storytelling, Authentic Leadership and Creativity. All of these skills are crucial during times of disruption, skills that we will develop in this course together.
It was different than I expected, but good. I thought it was going to be more about learning how to tell stories, but it was more about personal reflection. I learned a lot.

Alex hits the nail on the head with another course derived from his storytelling knowledge and expertise. As the story of the whole world changed in an instant, this course helps you to adapt your own story to the new reality and spark a ray of hope in these times of crisis.
I love the optimism of the instructor and I believe this course will help many people discover a better approach to navigate the current situation.
