The ability of an organization to bounce back from failures, setbacks and challenges is now the defining factor of its long term success. In order for an organization to be so robust, employees need to feel connected. They need to feel connected to their role, to their manager, to their team and to the organization as a whole in order to constantly innovate, improve and outpace the competition.
Storytelling is the vital leadership tool that brings people together. Stories builds trust and courage inside teams, they facilitate connection and they offer hope in moments of hardship and ordeal.
